About

Creole PubCrawl was founded in March of 2011 when lifelong friends, Eric McVey and Farley Salmon came together with an extraordinary dream. From the minute the idea of the Big Easy Bike was introduced to one another, they made up their minds that they would be the first to anything of its kind to the City of New Orleans.

Without the slightest idea of the challenges the two were about to face, Eric and Farley moved along full speed ahead. Within a day or two, they sent Eric on a flight from New Orleans to Savannah, GA to meet with one of two US manufacturers of the bikes. After a month they had devised a business plan and raised enough capital to purchase the first bike.

Nearly nine months of later, not an easy day has gone by but The Big Easy Bike is ready to take New Orleans by storm. Although neither Eric nor Farley ever imagined nine months would pass and there would still be no license to operate, their dream has not changed. Their determination to succeed has not slowed down and they are fully dedicated to taking to the streets and being fully operational in 2012!
